Our approach to holistic health is grounded in the principles of
vitalism
— the understanding that the body is a self-healing organism when given the right conditions. We teach our members how to deeply support the body through mineral balancing, nourishing traditional foods, herbal energetics, and the art of medicine making. We explore the foundations of vitality: hydration, digestion, mineral status, metabolism, and the nervous system — with a strong emphasis on root cause work, not symptom management.
Rather than a clinical or academic model, we offer a living, practical education.

Faith Based & Private
We are not a school or a course.
At Ritually Rooted, we believe that true holistic health is sacred — and that honoring it is part of our faith-based mission. By organizing ourselves as a private, faith-based membership, we’re able to share our work freely, without needing permission from outside institutions that don’t understand what we do. This allows us (and our members) to stay aligned with what we truly believe in — and to practice without compromise.
We guide holistic entrepreneurs in doing the same: structuring their practice in a way that keeps it protected, sovereign, and outside the reach of unnecessary regulation. If you’ve ever felt like the system doesn’t fit what you're here to offer — there’s another way. And you can do this too.
Community & Support for life
Our community is made up of over 300 Certified Holistic Practitioners through Ritually Rooted. We are honored to offer our members 2 holistic certifications, in person retreats, multiple weekly live communal calls to connect and build friendships with people on the same journey, weekly structured calls with mentors where we answer all questions, 24/7 community line full of practitioner support, all with lifetime access!
Do you offer certifications?
Ritually Rooted offers 2 certifications when members complete the Health & Vitality phases. These certifications are Certified Holistic Practitioner & Certified Holistic Nutritionist.
Why do you include sovereignty in your mission?
Sovereignty is inherently connected to holistic support and offerings. Many practitioners become highly trained & certified and still get caught up in bureaucracy that keeps them from fulfilling their mission of helping people. We see the importance of educating people around the rights we hold to practice privately to ensure your mission of helping others holistically is fulfilled & protected.
Are you accredited?
Ritually Rooted is vetted and accredited by both The AANWP (American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners) & The IPCA (International Coaches & Practitioner Association). This recognition reflects our commitment to delivering top-tier support to ensure you receive the highest quality preparation for your wellness career in both health & business.
Can I participate in the membership if I have no prior experience?
Absolutely! Our membership is designed to accommodate all levels of experience. Any previous experience is welcome to be integrated, but Ritually Rooted offers enough in holistic knowledge and foundations that you do not need any previous schooling or experience to join.
How long is the membership?
The content portion within the Trinity spans about 4 months, with lifetime access to our community & live weekly calls with your mentors. We work with every member to ensure they see the success they are looking for in starting their own holistic endeavor.
What is included in the membership?
There are many benefits included, on top of a high touch holistic intensive in health, wealth & sovereignty, we offer a welcome box full of herbs & supplies, multiple live weekly calls, a community of over 300+ practitioners, weekly check ins, a business software to run your practice and so much more!
